Our IT Support Services include Continued Maintenance of Small to Medium sized company Workstations, Servers and Network Devices, Ad-hoc Maintenance and Corporate Consulting.

Our prices are not just for Remote Access, we also support your IT onsite and regularly visit you for preventative maintenance and project discussion as required.

Continued Maintenance of IT Systems | Outsourced IT

For Continued Maintenance we would assign a flat-rate monthly fee which covers all of your IT requirements. Everything is included, for example, Offsite Backups, Desktop Support, Server Management, Preventative Maintenance, IT Project Management and general IT advice.

In this role we are essentially acting as a full time IT Department.

Pricing is largely dependent on the amount of technology you require us to support and the number of sites you have. (Also for piece of mind, we do not tie you into any long term contracts, if you are not happy with our support you can opt out anytime).

As a guide, a single site with a small workgroup of 5 PC's will cost as little as:
Approx £99.95 per month

For 10 PC's and a single Server (again just a single site) costs can start from:
Approx £239.89 per month

For 3 separate sites, each site with 20 PC's and 2 Servers (totaling 60 PC's and 6 Servers), discounts will apply and costs can start from as little as:
Approx £899.99 per month

Ad-hoc Maintenance of IT Systems

Ad-Hoc Maintenance means you only pay for our services if you need them. This form of support is normally based on an hourly fee, our prices start from:

Corporate and Business Consulting

In order to meet your business objectives we also provide Corporate Consulting services should you need advice or help implementing or troubleshooting your Network. All of our engineers are qualified to Designer Level in Microsoft and Cisco Technologies.

Pricing will depend on exactly what technology you need help with and how much "hands-on" you want us to do.

For example, a Microsoft Active Directory implementation for 3 sites, geographically dispersed across the UK, with a properly designed IP Addressing Scheme using Microsoft and Cisco recommended guidelines and VPN technologies, completely designed and implemented by us, may cost from as little as:
