We have added an “Ad-hoc” IT Support option just in case anyone prefers that method of support. We would, however, normally recommend a flat-rate monthly fee as this tends to be a more cost effective solution (clients know exactly how much they need to budget for, no matter what happens to their IT systems), plus we take all responsibility for the running of the network.
